Shipping Policy

Effective date: 1 July 2026

This policy applies to physical goods sold by Braddon Pty Ltd (ABN 77 645 898 264), trading as Braddon IT (Wholesale). It should be read with our Terms of Service.

1. Delivery area

We deliver to eligible addresses within Australia. We do not offer international delivery through the online store unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Some products or carriers cannot deliver to PO boxes, parcel lockers, remote locations or certain restricted premises. If the selected address is not eligible, we will contact you before accepting or dispatching the affected item.

2. Order acknowledgement and acceptance

An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we received your order. It is not confirmation that warehouse stock has been allocated or that we have accepted every item.

We recheck warehouse price, availability and delivery eligibility during order processing. A contract for an item is formed as described in our Terms of Service when we expressly accept or dispatch that item.

If an item cannot be supplied before acceptance, we will contact you and promptly release or refund the affected payment where applicable.

3. Delivery charges

Freight is calculated separately using the available warehouse or carrier estimate for the products and delivery address. The delivery amount will be shown at checkout or stated in a quotation before you place the order.

Where a reliable checkout estimate is unavailable, we may require a manual freight quotation before accepting the order. We will not add an undisclosed mandatory freight charge after accepting an order.

You will not be charged more than the delivery amount agreed at checkout merely because an order is split into multiple shipments. If a customer-requested address correction, redelivery or special service creates an additional charge, we will seek approval where required before charging it.

4. Direct fulfilment and branded packing slips

Products may be dispatched directly by our interstate warehouses or a carrier on our behalf. The packing slip may display Braddon IT branding. Braddon IT (Wholesale) remains the seller under the customer contract.

You authorise us to provide the recipient’s name, company, contact information, address and approved delivery instructions to parties reasonably required to fulfil and deliver the order.

5. Processing and delivery estimates

Processing and delivery times are estimates unless we expressly agree in writing that a date is guaranteed. Available service and transit estimates may be shown at checkout, in a quotation, in a dispatch notice or in carrier tracking.

Orders are subject to payment or approved credit, order review, warehouse allocation and address validation before dispatch. Estimates exclude weekends and public holidays and may be affected by warehouse location, carrier capacity, weather, access restrictions, stock transfers and events outside reasonable control. We will notify you of a material delay that becomes known to us.

6. Split shipments

Items may ship separately because they are supplied from different interstate warehouses. Separate parcels may have different tracking numbers and arrival dates.

Unless the order or quotation says otherwise, partial delivery is permitted. Contact us before ordering if all items must arrive together; this may require a manual quotation or different delivery arrangement.

7. Address and delivery access

You must provide a complete, accurate and safe delivery address, recipient or company name, email address and telephone number.

Check the address carefully before placing the order. Contact us immediately if it needs correction. Once a warehouse or carrier has released a shipment, an address change may be unavailable or may incur a reasonable charge.

The recipient must provide safe and reasonable access. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery or repeated failed delivery may be charged where the issue was not caused by us or the carrier and the charge is permitted by law.

8. Signature and authority to leave

Signature, identity checks or other proof of delivery may be required depending on the value, carrier, location and product.

We do not treat a checkout note as authority to leave unless we expressly confirm that arrangement. If authority to leave is offered and selected, the associated risks and conditions will be shown before confirmation where practicable.

9. Tracking

Where tracking is available, we or the fulfilment provider will send it to the email address associated with the order. Tracking may become active only after the carrier’s first scan.

For split shipments, you may receive more than one dispatch or tracking notification.

10. Delayed, lost or misdelivered parcels

If tracking has not updated for an unusual period or a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found:

  1. check the delivery location, reception, mailroom and people at the premises;
  2. review the carrier’s delivery evidence where available; and
  3. contact us at sales@braddonit.com with the order number.

We will investigate with the warehouse operator and carrier. A carrier scan, signature or photograph may be evidence of delivery but is not conclusive if credible evidence shows delivery did not occur.

If accepted goods cannot be supplied or delivered within a reasonable time, rights and remedies may arise under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

11. Damaged, missing or incorrect goods

Inspect deliveries promptly and keep the packaging and shipping label if something is damaged, missing or incorrect. Contact us as soon as practicable at sales@braddonit.com with the order number, photographs and details.

See our Refund Policy for assessment and remedies. An administrative notification period does not remove a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Risk and title

Risk and title pass as stated in our Terms of Service and subject to applicable law. In summary, risk in physical goods passes on delivery to the nominated address or collection by you, and title passes after cleared payment in full unless the law provides otherwise.
